Darul Uloom London caters for all pupils who are eleven years old and above (of secondary school age). All prospective students will be required to sit an entrance assessment. Once a student has satisfactorily completed the examination and after receipt of a written reference and recent report from the applicant’s current school, he will then be then invited for an interview with a member of the school’s management. The pupil will soon after be informed over the decision of his admittance.
A Darul Uloom application pack must be filled in and all required documents must be handed with the pupils examination papers; until the application pack is complete students will not be officially admitted. Application packs will be provided when the child has successfully passed the interview stage.
As part of the application process, the pupils most recent full school report will have to be submitted with the application (This must have reference to his behaviour and also his academic levels).
If the pupils application is accepted, but there is no place in the Darul Uloom at that specific time then the parents will be offered a place on the waiting list and will be notified as soon as a place becomes available.
There are a number of policies in place to ensure that the Darul Uloom runs efficiently including these can be found on the ‘Policies’ section of the website. Hard copies are also available upon request from the school office.
Prospective parents may wish to also request a copy of our previous GCSE results which is also available on our website.
Copies of all policies and results are available upon request
Over 16 applications (Year 12 and above)
Over 16 applications may be made at any stage. A request for a written reference, together with predicted GCSE or IGCSE grades is made from the applicant’s present/previous school.
